We are searching for a dynamic, self-driven, and detail-orientated human resources professional with a background in organizational development to develop and execute the short- and long-term HR strategy, involving performance management programs, succession planning, recruitment and onboarding, and the implementation of an HRIS.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Director of Human Resources will develop, and execute an HR strategy to support the continued growth and ensure alignment with the Company’s mission, values, and overall objectives. The Human Resources Director will foster an environment of collaboration across all levels within the organization, providing hands-on leadership to the HR function and support training, and development for all functions within the broader organization.
