    We are searching for an ambitious Financial Analyst to increase the visibility of the financial performance of a large agricultural business in Visalia, California. The Financial Analyst will provide practical counsel to business area partners and management in order to drive business results.


    This is a highly visible position with a clear growth trajectory as the role is open due to a recent promotion.  Competitive 401k and health benefits in addition to salary, bonus and relocation assistance if required.

    Job Function

    Reporting to the Director of FP&A, the Financial Analyst is responsible for preparing reports, tracking KPIs for finance, sales, and operations (>5 facilities). In addition, this position will work on annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial variance analysis.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance. MBA is desirable.
    • 2+ years of budgeting experience within a food & beverage manufacturing environment.
    • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
    • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with PowerBI, Jet Reports and/or Microsoft D365 a plus
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate financial results & issues to management and non-financial audiences.
    • Working knowledge of GAAP
    • Highly motivated self-starter who works well in teams and displays optimism, energy and enthusiasm.
