    This is a rare opportunity to revitalize a legacy brand and expand distribution from a regional to a national scale. The President will develop and execute a strategy to enhance brand and margin growth in addition to exploring new product innovation or line expansion.

    Job Function

    Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of the parent company, the President will provide strategic leadership and vision as well as day to day management for the company by working with Board to establish short and long-term goals, strategies, and plans.

    The President will direct responsibility over all functional areas of the business, including Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources and IT. The position will have ultimate responsibility for developing the management team and ensuring the on-going development of the corporate culture within the context of the overall organization and its specific values.

    Job Requirements

    • Track record of improving efficiencies within a complex CPG business with multiple products.  Exposure to a direct distribution model an added bonus.
    • 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity with experience building high-performing cross functional teams focused on increasing efficiency and profitability.
    • Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of corporate finance, governance and general management.  
    • Experience reporting to a board and executing growth strategies relating to expanding distribution, or enhancing the brand/margin.  Experience launching new products or expanding existing lines an added bonus.
    • Experience enhancing operating metrics and spearheading processes improvement, including the optimization of integrated management systems.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related required.  MBA preferred.
