Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for providing leadership, supervision, guidance and training within the Laboratory as well as ensuring that all plant, Food Safety, and quality requirements are met. Also responsible to ensure all products leaving the facility are fully compliant to customer, regulatory, industry and company requirements. This position is responsible for aligning the food safety, quality & lab operations in accordance with other company functions to the Vision, Values and Strategic Objectives of this organization.
