    This is an exciting opportunity for a self-driven, detail-orientated Office Administrator / Manager to join a small, hard-working team of executive search consultants in downtown Davis focused on providing highly-skilled professionals to our nation-wide food and agribusiness clients.


    This is a salaried position with four weeks of vacation and the potential to earn additional commission if you source candidates that are successfully placed by our team members.

    Job Function

    • 50% Candidate sourcing; messaging potential candidates via LinkedIn, conducting detailed phone screens, formatting their resumes, coordinating interviews and managing the follow up post interview.
    • 15% Administrativetasks as assigned. Including, but not limited to managing the weekly job pipeline and distributing to the team, updating the website with new postings, managing the internal database with detailed notes and adjustments to the pipeline. 
    • 10% Accounting; work directly with the firm’s Managing Partner to process accounts payable, accounts receivable and assist in the creation of budgets.
    • 10% Travel coordination; research and book travel schedules for team members
    • 10% Office management; troubleshooting malfunctions, managing office supply vendors and supplies, etc.
    • 5% Ad hoc administrative tasks; including (minimal) data entry.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) with 5+ years of professional work experience
    • Strong work ethic and familiarity with business operations
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills with strength in both written and verbal communication
    • Strong ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize, track responsibilities and meet deadlines
    • Detail oriented, responsible and conscientious
    • Team player mentality
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States
    • Must have a good sense of humor
